THE PREDICTION
Russia advanced to Futsal Euro 2022 in impressive fashion, sweeping
aside all-comers during their qualifying campaign. They won all six of
their games and kept clean sheets in three of those contests to
highlight their quality across the board. Slovakia were also solid in
Group 3, losing just one of their six games but only three of those
ended in victory. Russia dominated the pair’s last clash back in 2020
and while that might not count for a great deal here, the recent form of
the Russians cannot be ignored with a comfortable win on the cards for
them in their opening clash.
