REIMS

Reims failed to win for the third game in succession as their poor run of form continued with a 3-0 loss to Lyon. They have now managed just one win in their last eight outings which is putting a dampener on what has been a strong season.

Reims found themselves two goals down inside the opening 10 minutes and while they managed to stick in there to avoid the score blowing out, they did concede a third in the final 10.

Although their recent run has been disappointing, they have lost just one of their last four home matches and that will give them some hope of ending the season on a high note.

MONTPELLIER

Montpellier suffered a 2-3 loss to Nice as they failed to win for the third time in their last four outings. To make matters worse for Montpellier, they blew a two-goal lead in that contest.

Teji Savanier handed his side the lead in just the seventh minute before the same man doubled the lead 10 minutes later as he converted from the spot. However, despite leading until the 52nd minute, they then allowed their opponents to score three goals to turn the game on its head.

It may be tough to bounce back from that loss, especially the manner in which they surrendered the lead, although they have been solid on the road of late with two wins in their last three while they have scored 11 goals in the process.

THE PREDICTION

Reims and Montpellier both find themselves in mid-table and could put on a show in this final game of the season. The pair have done well in spells this campaign but their lack of consistency has cost them a spot higher up the table. However, in this last game, they can each throw caution to the wind and with Montpellier already showing this in their recent away games, expect another high-scoring affair.
