Wales vs Denmark prediction

At one stage it looked like Wales were dead certs to finish bottom of the group after losing their opening two fixtures without even scoring a goal. However, an excellent performance full of fight and guts saw them take full advantage of the extra man to get the better of Norway in midweek. After going behind, Craig Bellamy’s side equalised, before a red card for the Norwegians just after half-time led to the script being flipped. Wales went on to take the lead and ultimately win 2-1 to bring them level on points with both Norway and Denmark.

The Danes defeated Wales 2-0 in Copenhagen but face an entirely different challenge in Cardiff. Breaking down this Welsh backline will be hard work and with the pace of Daniel James, the hosts are a big threat on the counter-attack. Momentum is always a big factor when it comes to fixtures over a short period of time and Wales have that right now. With confidence high and the crowd behind them, backing Bellamy’s men to pick up another three points via the safety of the draw no bet market appears a shrewd move.

Wales vs Denmark tip: Wales draw no bet
