THE LOWDOWN
NORWICH
- Like a London bus, you wait for ages before two come along at once, this has been the case at Norwich who after securing a win for the first time in nine Premier League games, backed that up with another victory away at Watford and come into this one on the back of advancing to the fifth round of the FA Cup after dumping out Wolves.
- Josh Sargent played a starring role against Watford, scoring twice at Vicarage Road but he is a big doubt for this match due to illness with first-choice goalkeeper Tim Krul is out injured.
CRYSTAL PALACE
- Crystal Palace safely booked their place in the fifth-round of the FA Cup this past weekend, beating League Two side Hartlepool 2-0, but were beaten last time out in the Premier League at home to Liverpool.
- The Eagles could welcome back midfielder James McArthur at some stage of this match and it would also not be a surprise if Wilfried Zaha was to feature for the first time since he was sent off in his side’s 3-0 defeat away to Tottenham.

THE PREDICTION
Both these teams come into this match full of confidence, with Norwich in particular riding the crest of a wave following three straight wins in all competitions. Dean Smith has got the Canaries on the right track and three points here would be enough to keep them out of the relegation zone for now. However, Crystal Palace will pose stiff opposition when considering their notable goal threat. Patrick Viera’s side have found the net at least once in each of their last six games in all competitions, but Norwich won’t be phased and with home advantage in their favour, will likely be prioritising an attacking style of play themselves. When taking this into account, over 2.5 goals scored over 90 minutes looks very much on the cards between these two sides with this very outcome having occurred in six Palace’s most recent seven Premier League fixtures.
Tip: OVER 2.5 GOALS
