THE PREDICTION

Huddersfield are stretched thin heading into this match having been decimated by injuries to their first team. It was a side largely made up of second string and youth team players that exited the FA Cup to League One Plymouth, but Carlos Corberan will have a severely weakened first team squad to choose from here. In comparison, Watford boast riches within their side that Huddersfield could only dream of, with the likes of Troy Deeney, Andre Gray and Will Hughes all set to feature for the Hornets. This match looks like going only one way when taking into account the Terriers’ injury problems and any outcome other than a comprehensive home win by at least two clear goals would be considered a shock at Vicarage Road this weekend.
