Adrian Mannarino vs Andrey Rublev prediction

Adrian Mannarino advanced to the next stage of the Almaty Open after a three set win over Aleksandar Vukic. Mannarno was beaten by Vukic at this event two years ago, but he exacted revenge with a 7-6 (4) 4-6 6-3 victory after two hours and 27 minutes. He conceded just the one break point across the entire match. Mannarino also progressed to the third-round of the Shanghai Masters and has now won three of his last four matches.

His next opponent is fourth seed Andrey Rublev. The Russian’s disappointing season continued in Shanghai as he lost his opening match to Rei Sakamoto. He did advance to the final of the Hangzhou Open at the end of last month but lost to former world number one Daniil Medvedev. He is now ranked outside the world’s top 20 in the rankings.

Rublev leads the head-to-head 4-1 and has won their last three meetings without the drop of a set. Despite his struggles, the former world number five will be expected to continue his impressive record against Mannarino.
