Ricardo Ramos: "Carcacinha" aims to rebound from a disappointing defeat last time out
A UFC competitor since 2017, Ricardo Ramos (17-7) has posted an 8-5 run since earning a place in the promotion through the UFC's Dana White: Looking For a Fight series. A strong grappler with a penchant for spinning back elbow knockouts, Ramos has secured wins over the likes of Aimenn Zahabi, Bill Algeo, and Josh Culibao throughout his UFC tenure. However, he's also proved to be susceptible to getting finished by stiffer levels of competition, succumbing to stoppages against Lerone Murphy, Charles Jourdain, and Julian Erosa.
Kaan Ofli: "Genghis" looks to secure his first Octagon win at the second time of asking
Best known for his impressive run on TUF 32, Kaan Ofli (10-2) came up short in the finale against Mairon Santos, losing by second round TKO to crush his dreams of winning the featherweight tournament. The UFC did him no favours in his first official UFC appearance either, matching him up with the highly touted Muhammad Naimov. However, while Ofli came up short against "Hillman," the Australian Turk arguably exceeded expectations, performing well in a unanimous decision defeat. A high-pressure wrestle-boxer, Ofli is tough as nails and possesses an impressive gas tank.

Ramos is a maddeningly inconsistent fighter. Write him off and he'll proceed to score a spinning elbow KO, but pick him as a comfortable favorite and watch him invariably self implode in cartoonish fashion. The bookmakers may be leaning towards the Brazilian in this match up, but it's worth noting that he's just 1-3 in his last four.
Ramos also arguably lost against Josh Culibao, his sole victory since starching Danny Chavez back in 2022. By contrast, Ofli has yet to score a UFC win but he also gave the streaking Muhammad Naimov some serious problems in their fight in February. "Hillman" is frequently touted as one of the better sleeper prospects that lightweight currently has to offer, meaning that Ofli can't be all that bad if he's able to hang tough with him.
"Genghis" has never been finished outside of his TUF finale defeat to Mairon Santos last August and the off-chance of Ramos uncorking a spinning elbow KO isn't enough to justify him as such a favorite here. Ofli utilizes his excellent cardio and constant pressure to score the upset decision.
