L’udovit Klein: "Mr Highlight" returns following defeat to Mateusz Gamrot last time out
Posting a record of just 1-2 in his first three UFC appearances, it's safe to say that L'udovit Klein (23-5-1) has successfully turned things around since then. "Mr Highlight" would proceed to embark on a seven fight unbeaten streak, going 6-0-1 to earn a shot at perennial top contender Mateusz Gamrot last May, ultimately coming up short to "Gamer" by unanimous decision. An extremely well rounded combatant, Klein is best known for his surgical striking acumen, leveraging his reach to land explosive shots on the feet.
Mateusz Rebecki: Can "Rebeasti" successfully avoid the first two-fight losing skid of his career?
With two Fight of the Night winning performances in his last two appearances with the promotion, Mateusz Rebecki (20-3) has established himself as one of the division's premiere brawlers. An unashamed marauder, Rebecki has excellent grappling and fights with relentless pressure, leaning on his iron chin and heavy hands. Rubber-stamping his credentials as one of the promotion's fan-friendliest names, the Pole is coming off two absolutely brutal wars with Myktybek Orolbai and Chris Duncan respectively, going 1-1 for his troubles.

Pitting two of the best unsung lightweights operating just outside of the rankings against each other, this is likely to be an absolute banger. Rebecki's marauding approach and Klein's surgical outside striking game seem tailor made to produce an all out war.
Of the two men, Rebecki appears to have found his ceiling more definitively throughout his last few fights. He's insanely tough and durable, but he's also taken a ridiculous amount of damage in the space of his last three bouts alone. He's slightly older than Klein and conceivably has more wear and tear on the tracks at this point in the game.
By contrast, Klein might have come up short decisively to Mateusz Gamrot in his last appearance, but "Gamer" is still one of the best names that the division has to offer and Klein still hung tough for three rounds. Outside of that, "Mr Highlight" is 6-0-1 dating back to his last defeat in 2021, and he's beaten quality fighters like Mason Jones and Ignacio Bahamondes along the way to boot.
Rebecki's best chance to win here by dragging Klein into a brawl. However, the pick is for the Slovak to ultimately land the better shots across three rounds to walk away with the decision victory.
