The 26-year-old’s transformation into a genuine top 10 contender has been nothing short of outstanding and he rides an eight-match winning streak after claiming his third career title at Delray Beach last weekend.
However, Norrie faced Rafael Nadal on three occasions last season and despite performing well he lost each in straight sets at the Australian Open, Barcelona Open and Roland-Garros. The British number one looks seriously good right now, with his Indian Wells title defence now wholly possible next month, but realistically Nadal should be winning this fourth meeting in straight sets once again.
