World number 29 Madison Keys beat Misaki Doi over three sets late on Friday night to snap a three-match losing streak since her semi-final exit to eventual champion Ash Barty at the Australian Open. The 27-year-old won her first title since 2019 at the start of this season at Adelaide 2 with a straight-sets victory over next opponent Alison Riske. Keys owns one Masters title from the Cincinnati Open in 2019.

World number 53 Alison Riske grabbed one of the biggest results of her career on Friday, coming back from a set down to beat eighth seed Garbine Muguruza. The 31-year-old is a renowned battler on court who came back from a long injury lay-off last season to win her third career WTA title at the Linz Open.
THE PREDICTION
This should be a really exciting clash between Madison Keys and Alison Riske, especially after the latter beat Garbine Muguruza from a set down on Friday.
