LORENZO MUSETTI VS JACK DRAPER PREDICTION

Lorenzo Musetti comes into this semi-final full of confidence after coming back from a set down to knock out top seed Alexander Zverev in three sets on Friday. Musetti was handed a bye in the previous round after Gael Monfils withdrew but he then had the tough task of facing Zverev. It would have been easy to have lost heart when Zverev won the first set 6-2 but Musetti showed great fight and a lot of quality in fighting back.

He now faces Jack Draper who is playing some exceptional tennis himself. The English man overcame the in-form Tomas Machac in the quarters and it also took him three sets. Draper won the first before Machac battled back to win the second. Draper regained his composure and refocused before dominating the deciding set 6-1.

Both players are playing so well right now that this match could easily go either way. Our preference is with Draper however in this one. He has the power to mix it up with the best but he has the subtleties and class to match or overcome any player on his day. He is confident and playing so well and we expect him to just have longer spells of control to make the difference in what should be a tight match.
