21-year-old Jack Draper passed a huge test on Thursday in beating Karen Khachanov at the third time of asking and, impressively, just a week since his defeat to the Russian at Adelaide 1. The Brit is a clear rising star amongst a whole host of new young talent on the ATP tour and he will wake up on Friday to the news that he has drawn defending champion Rafael Nadal in the Australian Open for what will be the biggest match of his career so far. World number 84 Soonwoo Kwon looks in great shape this week too after backing up a brilliant three-set comeback over Pablo Carreno Busta on Wednesday with a consummate display against Mikael Ymer in straight sets. The Korean can be far better than his current ranking suggests but Draper beat him comfortably just last week at Adelaide 1 and backing the Brit to edge the win in a tighter rematch seems a reasonable call given his week. One understandable eye on Melbourne now, though, could affect this game and that makes leaving it out of an accumulator wise.
