EMIL RUUSUVUORI VS SOONWOO KWON PREDICTION
World number 67 Emil Ruusvuori beat Marcos Giron in straight sets at the Geneva Open last week before pulling out of the tournament, probably with precaution ahead of Roland-Garros.
Fitness concerns do cast doubts over his ability to play five sets of tennis here in Paris, however, and despite Soonwoo Kwon’s lack of recent matches the Korean is no stranger to a marathon match at this level.
Since the start of 2022, eight of Kwon’s nine matches at Grand Slams have seen sets go both ways and whilst his return from injury looks a long road ahead he certainly has the energy to make a go of his opener here in Paris.
