Bangladesh gained an invite to this inaugural FIFA ASEAN Cup following India choosing to withdraw. It’s a good opportunity for them, especially ahead of November’s Saff Championship. They will be underdogs but this serves as a nice test for them and their players, starting here against Malaysia in Jakarta.
