It was third time lucky for Jenson Brooksby as he finally solved the Seb Baez conundrum.

The American had lost his first two matches against the Argentine but got belatedly got off the mark in their head-to-head with a 7-5 7-5 win.

The world number 77 will now meet Lorenzo Sonego for the first time after the Italian saw off James Duckworth 6-4 6-4.

This is a tough call given both players are unorthodox and unpredictable. When Sonego is firing he can mix it with the best while Jenson is a master disrupter.
