MARIN CILIC

• Tiebreak master Marin Cilic did well to beat an in-form Hubert Hurkacz in their first round match at the Paris Masters in straight sets to face Stan Wawrinka in the second.
• The 31-year-old is ranked 24^th in the world which is quite impressive after a wildly inconsistent year and not once reaching a semi-final all season, with a 22-18 record.
