THE PREDICTION

After some pretty poor Autumn form by their standards, Exeter claimed their best result of the Premiership season with a 18-15 victory over Saracens last Saturday. They are still some way off of leaders Leicester Tigers but that win is likely to bolster their resolve and it looks likely to spill over into their Champions Cup opener with Montpellier. The visitors have been excellent so far in the Top 14, where they made it five wins on the spin last Saturday with a 30-6 victory over Perpignan. They would be potential favourites for an upset in the reverse of this fixture but away at Sandy Park this looks like a fun day out for the home fans. Take Exeter to cover a cautious -10 here with Montpellier keeping plenty of their results close so far this season.
