THE PREDICTION
Lyon completed a quick double over Montpellier with a convincing 16-21 win away from home on Saturday and they look to be finding their feet again after a mini blip of poor form. They face an exciting if slightly naïve Pau side who lost 27-32 at home to Brive on Sunday after such good work in edging Bayonne 22-23 the week previous. Pau’s offensive strength is almost equal to their defensive frailties and whilst that should see them safe this season they are unlikely to beat the likes of Lyon with that attitude, especially on the road. These sides drew 29-29 at the start of the season but Lyon should come out on top this time in another result that goes over 40 points.
