Raul Brancaccio vs Stan Wawrinka prediction
Italy’s Raul Brancaccio was handed a lucky loser spot after Alejandro Tabilo withdrew from the tournament so the 29-year-old has nothing to lose as he faces Swiss veteran Stan Wawrinka.
It has been some month for Brancaccio after he won his third Challenger Tour title in Menorca a few weeks ago and now he will be hoping to push Wawrinka all the way here.
Wawrinka is in the final year of his illustrious career and he will be desperate to do well on home soil. With plenty of support from the Swiss crowd, Wawrinka will be fired up to go far in Geneva.
He has not played since losing out in the qualifiers of the Italian Open but Wawrinka will be ready. We fully expect the veteran to get the win here and enjoy a good week in Geneva.
