Marco Trungelliti will be hoping to get a win in the main draw of an ATP Tour tournament for the first time this year as all his successes so far have come either on the Challenger Tour of in the qualifying rounds.

The 36-year-old Argentine will be motivated to face off against his compatriot Mariano Navone for the first time.

Navone is 11 years younger than Trungelliti and will be relishing taking on the veteran. He will be full of confidence too coming into this one after a couple of impressive wins at the Italian Open.

He beat Denis Shapovalov and Felix Auger-Aliassime in straight sets before losing to Haris Medjedovic, and he can take plenty of confidence from those performances.

We can see Trungelliti being fired up for this one but it is hard to make a case for him against Navone who will look to build on his displays in Italy.
