Hungary vs Great Britain prediction

So far, Great Britain’s two group games have seen them give up five goals in both, ultimately losing to Austria and USA. Hungary have also lost their opening two group matches, having been defeated by both Finland and Austria. Whilst they put up a good fight against the latter, Austria took control in the third period, overwhelming a tired Hungarian backline to rack up three goals.

If Hungary can put in a similar showing against Great Britain with more composure late in the game, they stand an excellent chance of winning. Their backline looks stronger than that of GB and you would expect them to put the puck in the net at least a few times here. With that in mind, back Hungary to pick up their first victory of the tournament.
