THE PREDICTION

An almost perfect but definitely very impressive qualification campaign from Tunisia in the CAF section precedes this tournament. Mondher Kabaier’s Aigles de Catharge have been solid defensively for some time now but they do have a relatively depleted squad with the likes of captain Wahbi Khazri unavailable. They come up against a Mauritania side that come into this on the back of elimination from World Cup qualification. These two sides were in the same group with the Tunisians comfortably better than their opponents. Despite missing their skipper, Tunisia will expect to win this one.
