St. Helens vs Hull KR prediction

This is a game that quite frankly, neither of these two sides really want to play. St. Helens’ players no doubt have their eyes on the off-season following a miserable campaign which has seen the Saints miss the play-offs for the very first time. Hull KR meanwhile, would rather put their feet up ahead of those play-offs and Willie Peters’ squad selection proves that the result is irrelevant to him, keeping all his horses fit ahead of the final stretch is most important.

Being at home, St. Helens will want to perform well and deliver a win for a fanbase who have been the laughing stock of rivals this year. Against such a weakened Hull KR team, there is no excuse for them not to deliver that. As has been the case in the past when Willie Peters has rotated so dramatically, expect another heavy loss for the reigning Super League champions.
