CRYSTAL PALACE
It has been a solid end to the season for Crystal Palace under the tutelage of veteran boss Roy Hodgson, and given how they have performed under the former England manager, it is looking increasingly likely that Hodgson will be in charge of the club next season.
Last time out saw Palace visit fellow London outfit Fulham at Craven Cottage and it was Hodgson's men who took the lead through Odsonne Edouard in the 34th minute, assisted by man-of-the-moment Eberechi Eze, who has since received his first England call-up. Aleksandar Mitrovic then struck for the hosts either side of half-time to put Fulham ahead, but Joel Ward struck late on to secure a point for the visitors. Palace are now 11th heading into the final day, a considerable improvement on their league position when Hodson took the reigns for the second time in his career.
NOTTINGHAM FOREST
After losing four Premier League games in a row last month, things were looking bleak for Steve Cooper and Nottingham Forest, but having collected ten points from the last 15 available, they can now look forward to another season in the highest tier of English football.
It seemed like the right time for Forest to play Arsenal last week, as they could simultaneously secure their Premier League survival and put an end to the Gunners' already fading title hopes. And so it came to pass as in-form Taiwo Awoniyi struck the only goal of the game after just 19 minutes. It capped off a superb turnaround for Forest, who kept faith with Steve Cooper in charge despite many relegation-threatened teams around them choosing to chop and change their manager.

CRYSTAL PALACE
Vicente Guaita has fully recovered from an injury, but with Sam Johnstone having impressed in goal since coming into the side in early April, the Englishman could remain between the sticks for Palace's final game of the season. Elsewhere, Hodgson may stick with the same team although some fringe players will hope to receive some minutes.
Nathan Fergusom, James Tomkins, Luka Milivojevic, Jeffrey Schlupp and Wilfried Zaha will all miss out on Sunday.

Felipe and Danilo, meanwhile, have emerged as doubts, and with Forest safe from relegation, Steve Cooper will see no reason to risk the pair.
Further changes could be in the offing as Cooper hands opportunities to some of the fringe players on the final game of the season.

THE PREDICTION
Forest can well and truly take their foot off the gas now given that their top-flight status is no longer in doubt, and that can often lead to unpredictable yet entertaining encounters on the final day. Palace are in good spirits under Hodgson and have scored six goals in their last two home games, and with a sense of freedom in the air and very little at stake, an entertaining encounter could be in the offing with over 2.5 goals looking likely.
