Peter Wright was well under-par in Liverpool last week as he was dismantled by Michael van Gerwen and it’s fair to say Gary Anderson wasn't at his best either as he lost his opener to Gerwyn Price. Neither were particularly impressive in the ProTour over the weekend either, but this all-Scottish battle usually brings out the best in them so we should see an improvement here. Wright, as always, has been tinkering with his set-up which can go both for and against him but the world champion has hit the heights far more often than Anderson in recent times, so backing Snakebite is the safer play.
