Group C is one of three groups based solely in USA with the majority of games being played on the east coast. Aside from one match in Kansas City, the rest of Group F will be based exclusively in Mexico and Texas with games in Guadalupe, Arlington and Houston.

In terms of location, which is the best group England could be drawn in at the 2026 FIFA World Cup?
The best group for England to be placed in from a fans’ perspective would be Group C or Group I. Both these groups will be primarily played on the east coast of America, making it more easily accessible for England fans with games likely to be played in East Rutherford, Foxborough and Philadelphia.
There is also the potential for a Group C fixture in Miami, which could potentially be the home base for the Three Lions squad across the tournament with reports that the FA are in talks with former England star David Beckham regarding the use of Inter Miami's facilities.
In terms of location, which is the worst group England could be drawn in at the 2026 FIFA World Cup?
For most supporters, England playing on the west coast of America is probably something they would like to avoid. Playing in Canada would also likely be seen as a negative due to the small stadium capacities and travel distance.
For those reasons, Group G would be a bad one for England to be drawn in with two matches scheduled for Los Angeles and another two for Vancouver, with the remaining par of games to be played in Seattle.
