- Warrington fell to a heart-breaking defeat at Wigan last week. The Wolves managed to draw level at 12-all late in the game but Stefan Ratchford’s conversion didn’t find the target and the Warriors kicked a drop goal in the last minute to seal a 13-12 win.
- Harvey Livett and Ben Pomeroy have recovered from knocks so come back into the 19-man squad in place of Dom Crosby and Morgan Smith.
- Warrington have won seven of their 10 home fixtures in Super League this season and will be looking to make it eight wins as they end their home campaign in the regular season.

- Catalans’ upturn in form continued with yet another impressive win to solidify their place in the top 8. The Dragons ran in six tries as they outclassed Wakefield to score a comfortable 18-35 win.
- Steve McNamara has named the same 19-man squad that defeated Wakefield last week with the same 17 likely to take the field barring any late knocks.
- Having gone all season without an away win in Super League, Catalans have managed to win their last two on the road. The Dragons have also won six of their last seven Super League matches.
THE PREDICTION
Catalans are one of the form teams in Super League and travel to Warrington this week full of confidence after a second consecutive away win. The Dragons’ form of late has been nothing short of superb but they face a real challenge here to maintain that form with the Wolves also keen for the win. Warrington dropped to fourth after last week’s defeat at Wigan and whilst they are four points ahead of Hull, they won’t want that gap to close. It’s an intriguing contest with Catalans knowing a win could seal their top 8 place whilst a win for Warrington could also seal their place in the top 4 by the end of the weekend. It could go either way and whilst it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Catalans continue to turn heads, Warrington might just have too much.
