Adelaide United come into this one on the back of a 1-1 draw with the Newcastle Jets. That was their fifth draw in their last six matches and they are unbeaten in their last eight matches in the A League as they begin the weekend sitting in the top four.

They now face a Macarthur side that most recently succumbed to a 3-1 defeat to Perth Glory last weekend, which was a result that came off the back of back-to-back victories against Auckland and the aforementioned Jets.

Macarthur have been distracted by off-field issues and Adelaide United should ease themselves to a victory here, albeit they have had difficulty in getting over the line.
