Wales form: From bad to worse
Although defeat against England was fully expected last weekend, the 48-7 loss was still a stark reminder of where Wales are right now, with rugby-loving nation very much in crisis both on and off the pitch.
The fact that the WRU have struggled to sell tickets for this match in Cardiff very much reflects the state of play around the international team, and it is hard to imagine them putting up much of a fight against France.

France form: Strong start for Les Bleus
France made an excellent start to the defence of their Six Nations title by defeating one of the pretenders to their throne, with Les Bleus outclassing Ireland in the opening match of the tournament.
The dominant 36-14 win was worthy of a bonus point, and they will be fully expecting another five points when they visit out-of-form opposition on Sunday.

Wales vs France prediction
This looks like a huge mismatch between a Wales side looking woefully short of form and confidence, and an Antoine Dupont-inspired France looking to continue their title defence in positive fashion.
Even Louis Rees-Zammit's return to the Welsh international scene could not prevent a heavy loss to England last week, and success for them in Cardiff will likely be keeping the score to a respectable level.
The visitors have the class to stretch away from their opponents though, and it would be no surprise to see them get close to a record victory over Wales.
