Australia vs Japan prediction
Australia had to dig deep at Hanazono Rugby Stadium last week, eventually beating Japan 35-32 in punishing conditions.
They also had to contend with going down to 14 men after Miles Amatosero was sent off in the first half, but it was ultimately a winning start for Les Kiss in his first match in charge of the Wallabies.
Despite coming so close, Japan head coach Eddie Jones was left ruing some fundamental mistakes from his men in the closing stages, in what could have been a statement victory for the Brave Blossoms. Jones will also know that the odds are now even more stacked against his side with this return fixture taking place in Queensland.
Japan's sheer speed of play caused Australia plenty of problems last weekend, but we expect the Wallabies to weather that storm more comfortably on home turf, as Kiss looks to make it two wins from two since replacing Joe Schmidt in the hot seat.
