The Czech will set a new career-high ATP world ranking of 74th after stunning Stan Wawrinka in straight sets on Thursday, backing -up a recent Challenger title claimed in France earlier this month, Machac is already riding his luck after coming through to the round of 16 as a lucky loser and that sort of momentum can be hard to break.
