ALEJANDRO TABILO VS ZIZOU BERGS PREDICTION
26-year-old Alejandro Tabilo is seeded for the first time at a Grand Slam after setting a career-high ATP world ranking of 24th off the back of his superb run to the semi-finals of the Italian Open. The Chilean claimed his maiden ATP title at the Auckland Classic in January to look ready for a breakthrough year but stunning Novak Djokovic in the third round in Rome was not in the script and he came agonisingly close to upsetting eventual champion Alexnader Zverev in the last four.
World number 104 Zizou Bergs qualified well to make his Roland-Garros debut on Sunday but he is still searching for a first Grand Slam win. The 24-year-old took the first set from Rafael Nadal before defeat in a high profile match in Rome last time out but he should struggle against a match-fit and finely tuned Tabilo, who himself should be targeting the last 16 here.
