South Africa vs Brazil prediction

Brazil’s debut Women’s World Cup campaign will also be the first time a South American nation has ever graced the tournament, and this will be the first time they have faced off against South Africa.

The lowest ranked nation competing in England (25th), this will very much be a learning experience for a team relatively new to the international stage, with the core focus of the country’s sporting endeavours having been on football.

More accustomed to the world stage, South Africa’s women’s team haven’t enjoyed the success that their male counterparts have, but this will be their fifth appearance at the World Cup, and second in succession.

This is a proud moment for Brazil and it will be fantastic experience for their players, but they will not be used to this level of competition. Expect South Africa to rack up the points in this one.

South Africa vs Brazil tip: South Africa to win with -47.5 handicap
