THE PREDICTION
Penrith Panthers will aim to build on their legacy by claiming a third successive Premiership in this Grand Final with Brisbane Broncos. The pair were the best two teams in the NRL during the regular season and will now do battle for the title. They look well-matched based on their stats throughout the season but the Panthers are a well-oiled machine and their experiences over the last few years should stand them in good stead. The Broncos have the firepower to come out on top but will need to be at their best defensively if they are to cause an upset. This could go either way but the Panthers are the slight preference to get the job done and further enhance their standing as one of the best teams of the NRL era.
