New Zealand vs South Africa prediction

New Zealand qualified from Pool C with a flawless record of three wins from three, most recently keeping Ireland scoreless in a 40-0 whitewash in Brighton.

The six-time champions have looked ominous so far but an exit at this stage is inconceivable for a nation who pride themselves on their rugby prowess.

South Africa, meanwhile, have reached the quarter-finals for the first time in their history despite a heavy 57-10 defeat to France in their final Pool D encounter.

The Springbok Women advanced to the knockouts courtesy of victories over Brazil (66-6) and Italy (29-24). This is likely to be a step too far for them in Exeter though. The Black Ferns have their sights set on a seventh world title and are expected to ease into the last four.

New Zealand vs South Africa tip: New Zealand to win with -37 handicap
