Malawi vs South Sudan Prediction
Ranked 129th in the world by FIFA, Malawi come into this one on the back of a four-match winless run this year with defeats to a Zambia U23 side as well as Botswana and Ethiopia before a 1-1 draw with the latter in a couple of friendlies over the summer.
South Sudan are ranked 169th in the world. They did manage to reach this phase of AFCON qualifying by hammering Djibouti by four goals to one on aggregate, having won 4-0 in the first-leg of that tie back in March.
Malawi are declining. They run up against a South Sudan side that are far from competent enough to be favourites but a low-scoring encounter does seem likely.
