You have to go back to October 28th for the last time that Hoffenheim tasted victory in all competitions. Since then, it has been disappointment for them, knocked out of the DFB-Pokal by Borussia Dortmund and winless in the Bundesliga since that 2-3 triumph away at Stuttgart.

Bochum have risen up the table in recent weeks following a very impressive unbeaten run, which has extended to five league games since their hard-fought 2-1 loss at the hands of Freiburg. After leading Wolfsburg 2-1 at half-time, Bochum showed excellent composure and game-management in the second half, eventually wrapping up the three points with a couple of minutes remaining in normal time.
