THE LOWDOWN

WOLVES

  • Wolves were unable to hold on against Crystal Palace on Tuesday and their 2-1 loss made it four defeats from their last five Premier League games heading into this fixture.
  • Rayan Ait-Nouri missed the midweek defeat due to illness but the French left-back is fit to return here and could come straight into the side, with one or two other changes expected for this fixture.

LEICESTER

  • Leicester’s home form has certainly improved recently with seven points collected from the last nine available at the King Power Stadium, but Brendan Rodgers will be keen to see an upturn in their away results as they have lost all five Premier League games on the road this season.
  • It remains to be seen whether Jonny Evans is fit to return to action for the trip to Molineux but Rodgers can at least recall James Maddison, who returns after his one-match ban

THE TEAM NEWS

LEICESTER

PREDICTED XI (4-1-4-1): Ward; Castagne, Evans, Faes, Justin; Soumare; Maddison, Tielemans, Dewsbury-Hall, Barnes; Daka

UNAVAILABLE: Soyuncu (Injured), Bertrand (Injured), Pereira (Injured), Ndidi (Injured)

THE PREDICTION

Leicester’s improvement continued midweek with victory over Leeds but their away form has left a lot to be desired this season with an eye-watering 19 goals conceded in their five away games. Fortunately for them, no side has scored fewer than Wolves’ paltry five goals in the division this season, so they will be reasonably confident of improving that defensive record. There were positive signs in their midweek victory and with James Maddison – their best player so far this season – back in the fold after suspension, the Foxes look good value to secure their first away win of the season.

TIP: LEICESTER TO WIN
