This represents another big test of Arsenal’s title credentials, but one which they are fully capable of passing. However, Newcastle are extremely solid defensively having conceded just 11 goals so far this season, the lowest of any side in the Premier League. They are also on the back of five consecutive clean sheets in all competitions. The visitors are likely to sit in and make themselves difficult to break down with a view of hitting Arsenal on the counter attack. This is therefore likely to prove a tight battle and backing under 2.5 goals to be scored appears a shrewd play.
