THE PREDICTION

Despite losing 1-0 against Manchester City in their last Premier League fixture, Southampton continued to show the quality they possess and proved they are still able to compete for European spots this year, in what is looking to be a close race in the top half of the table. Fulham have started to turn their dismal start to the season around, gradually picking up valuable points each week. A 1-1 draw against Newcastle was a decent result for Scott Parker’s men, but the loss of Joachim Andersen due to suspension could impact the side negatively. That loss at the back could be offset by an injury doubt over Southampton’s star forward Danny Ings, and with Fulham drawing their last three games in a row, it would not be a surprise if this is another stalemate.
