THE PREDICTION
Arsenal’s torrid run of form continues after a 1-1 draw with Southampton as questions begin to be asked surrounding Arteta. A run of easy games would be ideal or Arsenal, a few weeks where they could find their form and confidence but instead their next two games consist of a tough away trip to Everton and an equally difficult match as they welcome Chelsea to the Emirates. These two games will be pivotal to Arsenal and potentially Arteta’s job security. Two consecutive losses could see the Gunners slip even further down the table, edging ever closer to the relegation zone, and a loss to Brighton away following the Chelsea game could even see Arsenal in the bottom three. The game against Everton is looking like a must win fixture for Arsenal, but Ancelotti’s men seem to have their confidence restored and will be looking to pile on the misery come this weekend. Consecutive wins against Chelsea and Leicester will have Everton raring to go in what is possible of being Arsenals seventh winless game in a row.
