THE PREDICTION
LA Galaxy, the Western Conference’s bottom side, will be looking ahead with trepidation to this match against their cross-city rivals. These two met just a month ago in the MLS is Back Tournament with LAFC destroying them 6-2, and that was without the services of star striker Carlos Vela. Now with the former Arsenal player back in their ranks, LAFC's goal threat will be even greater and that looks ominous for an LA Galaxy side who have conceded in 16 straight MLS games dating back to last season. LAFC do not have the tightest defence themselves so the Galaxy may well get on the scoresheet, but the hosts will surely outscore them.
