FPL Gameweek 26 – head-to-head comparisons – Mo Salah vs Sadio Mane

Mo Salah (£12.7m) and Sadio Mane (£12.2m) are two of the three highest scoring midfielders in FPL so far this season. The gap between them was closer before Mane's recent muscle injury forced him off against Wolves in Gameweek 24, allowing Salah to pull ahead of his teammate. In the two matches played since, the Egyptian has scored three times and set up another, accruing 30 FPL points in that period to put him 17 points ahead of Mane overall.

However, Mane is expected to be fit for Liverpool's trip to Norwich in Gameweek 26 and this bodes well for those who have kept faith with the Senegalese forward. Mane was outperforming Salah before his injury and Salah has only scored two league goals away from home this season, compared to Mane's four. He could prove a monstrous differential this weekend and at £0.5m cheaper, we're tipping him to outscore Salah on the road this Gameweek.
