THE PREDICTION
North Melbourne are running out of time to avoid the wooden spoon
after making it back-to-back losses last time out. They went down to
Richmond in a one-sided defeat despite making a strong start but they
must now win their final two matches of the season and hope for favours
elsewhere to avoid finishing bottom of the ladder. That will not be an
easy task as they take on Sydney Swans whose five-game winning streak
was surprisingly ended by St. Kilda last week but that disappointment is
only likely to act as motivation for them and they should be able to
use that to their advantage to make it four straight wins against the
Kangaroos.
