Wrexham vs Chelsea prediction

Phil Parkinson and his Red Dragons sit tucked inside the top six and the playoff places in the Championship after the big spending and ambitious Welsh outfit enjoyed three successive promotions to the second-tier. Wrexham have beaten Nottingham Forest and Ipswich Town in the cup thus far.

It has been a generally positive start to life as Chelsea boss for Liam Rosenior, following his move from Strasbourg in January. His Blues side put in an excellent performance the other day, too, to hammer fellow top four contenders Aston Villa by four goals to one in Birmingham.

Parkinson produced a famous victory with Bradford City over Chelsea in the cup over a decade ago. His set-piece specialist Wrexham side will worry a likely rotated away team but Chelsea rotate have to remain favourites.
