William O’Connor vs Krzysztof Kciuk prediction
Krzysztof Kciuk is featuring in the PDC World Darts Championship for the third time having fallen at the first hurdle on his two previous appearances in 2010 and 2024.
The Pole is a somewhat inconsistent thrower but is capable of brilliance. Indeed, in the 2023 World Cup of Darts he shared a world record pairs average of 118.10 with compatriot Krzysztof Ratajski.
In William O'Connor though, Kciuk is taking on a hugely experienced player. Currently ranked 41st in the world, the Irishman is making his ninth appearance at Ally Pally, although he has never progressed beyond the third round.
O'Connor displayed some strong form in the second half of 2025, at least on the floor, reaching a Players Championship final, whilst also reaching a semi-final the following day.
Kciuk's unpredictability makes him a difficult man to predict, but the likelihood is that O'Connor prevails fairly comfortably.
