Cristiano Ronaldo has scored at least one goal in three separate UEFA Champions League finals, more than any other player. His first came for Man Utd in the 2007-08 campaign as the Red Devils defeated Chelsea on penalties following a 1-1 draw after extra time.
The other two UEFA Champions League finals which saw Ronaldo get on the scoresheet were whilst the Portuguese superstar played for Real Madrid, firstly in 2014 when his 120th minute penalty sealed a 4-1 triumph over Atletico Madrid. Three years later, Ronaldo scored twice in a 4-1 win against Juventus in Cardiff.
In total, eight players have scored in more than one final, with Ronaldo the only one to find the net in three. The other seven have registered at least one goal in two finals, with Lionel Messi the only player to have previously represented Paris Saint-Germain, despite his final goals not coming whilst at the Parisians.
Messi was playing for Barcelona at the time, scoring against Man Utd in both 2009 and 2011, as Barca wound up winning the UEFA Champions League on both occasions.
Only one of the eight players have played for Inter Milan across their career, that being Cameroon striker Samuel Eto'o. The former four-time African Player of the Year scored 53 times across a three-season spell for the Nerazzurri and started for Inter in their 2009-10 UEFA Champions League final triumph over Bayern Munich.
However, Eto'o didn't score in that particular game; his two UEFA Champions League final goals came in 2005-06 and 2008-09, both whilst representing Barcelona and both in winning causes against Premier League clubs in Arsenal and Man Utd respectively.
