Western United vs Wellington Phoenix Prediction

Western United begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting second in the A League table, just above Adelaide United on goal difference. The hosts come into this one on the back of back-to-back victories with a 3-0 hammering of the aforementioned Adelaide followed up by a 3-1 defeat of the Central Coast Mariners. The Wellington Phoenix have massively regressed this season and they come into this one on the back of three successive defeats as they continue to plummet. Given the form of the two sides, siding with Western United looks the way to go for this one, especially with their home advantage.
