Western United vs Newcastle Jets Prediction

Western United come into this one on the back of a thrilling 4-3 win over Melbourne Victory at the weekend. United were 3-2 down as they went into second-half stoppage-time but scored twice late on to snatch all three points in Victoria and that means they have won five of their last six matches. They now face a Newcastle Jets side that have managed just three victories 11 matches so far this season as they hover down towards the bottom end of the table and most recently suffered a 3-1 defeat at home to Macarthur last weekend. Western United, especially with their home advantage, will be expected to come out on top here.
