Western Sydney Wanderers vs Auckland FC prediction

Western Sydney Wanderers seem to have lost their potency in front of goal, failing to score in each of their last two league fixtures, a 1-0 defeat away at Perth Glory and a 0-0 draw at home to Brisbane Roar. Following that point against Brisbane, they take on another high-flying opponent here in the form of Auckland FC, who are coming off the back of consecutive victories.

Most impressive about Auckland’s recent wins were their efficiency going forward. They racked up five goals over the course of those two matches and a similar showing here gives them a big chance of three points against the Wanderers. WSW are a dangerous team at home though, so a shrewd move may be to use the double chance market for the safer option of backing either a win or draw for Auckland.

Western Sydney Wanderers vs Auckland FC tip: Double chance - draw/Auckland FC
